Job Overview

Member of the Grace Bay Resorts Food and Beverage team. Responsibilities include creating a Grace Bay Club experience by assisting in the delivery of food and beverage service to This position reports to the Restaurant Supervisors and Managers and the Director and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

Your Responsibilities

Provides a luxury dining experience in a warm and personalized manner
Replenishes water; brews and serves coffee
Clears tables using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware, ensuring that the guests’ dining experience is not disrupted
Cleans tables, chairs and floor area
Resets table quickly and according to the resort standards
Restocks bussing stations regularly. Polishes silverware, folds napkins, and stocks china, glassware, ice and clearing trays
Assists service team as necessary to ensure luxury guest experience
Creates a Grace Bay Club experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of:
- Ownership – Takes personal responsibility and shows initiative in work planning and problem-solving.
- Personalized Service – Shows personal attention to guests’ unique needs, interests and expectations.
- Expertise – Keeps informed and demonstrates job knowledge, following all job and service standards.
- Natural Approach – Provides genuine service through actions that display self-confidence, grace and courtesy to guests and colleagues

Compensation: $8.00 per Hour
Average Service Charge: $10,000 per annum

Demonstrate understanding of the technical service skills for assigned area (i.e. food and beverage service, housekeeping, etc.)

All Grace Bay Resorts operates 7 days a week, the needs for coverage will vary greatly depending upon occupancy, available resources and expected demands. As such business work schedules will be tailored to insure the best possible coverage to meet the most crucial business needs and insure high service levels while maintaining fairness. We will endeavor to grant special requests for specific shifts and or days off, however these cannot be guaranteed.
