Job Overview

Ensures that guests have a wonderful vacation experience in regards to atmosphere, service, quality and delivery by personally providing outstanding service levels, coordinating service with other resort departments and adhering to the company’s standards. Tracks guest preferences, follows up on guest requests and coordinates with other areas/services to ensure requests, products and amenities are handled flawlessly. Educates guests on the variety of services provided by Concierge and other team members. Treats guests with friendly professionalism and anticipates their needs in creative ways. Shifts vary. Full time. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Your Responsibilities

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results such guest satisfaction levels, and upkeep of private villas, etc.

  • Uphold standards of the resorts’ service designations such as Forbes, Fine Hotels & Resorts, Virtuoso, Signature Travel, and Leading Hotels of the World etc.
  • Meet all VIP guests and owners on arrival as well as Travel Agents during site inspections as needed.
  • Assist with updating guest information to reflect guest information and special requests.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for the Private Villa Collection.
  • Meets performance goals and expectations set by the Private Villa Collection Manager.
  • Ensure security and safety of guests and employees.
  • Assist with any other task that may be assigned.

  • Compensation: $1,900.00 per month
  • Average Service Charge: $10,000 per annum

Skills & Competencies Required

Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times

  • Must be able to interact with internal and external guests maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Must be able to discern situations that may require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy in an effort to diffuse anger and/or collect accurate information to resolve challenges.
  • Must be knowledgeable of local attractions and entertainment, able to give clear, accurate directions.
  • A high School Diploma with previous customer service or front office experience in a luxury resort
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • 5+years’ experience in luxury resorts
  • Certified butler preferred

All Grace Bay Resorts operates 7 days a week, the needs for coverage will vary greatly depending upon occupancy, available resources and expected demands. As such business work schedules will be tailored to insure the best possible coverage to meet the most crucial business needs and insure high service levels while maintaining fairness. We will endeavor to grant special requests for specific shifts and or days off, however these cannot be guaranteed.
