Job Overview
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing shared goals such as guest satisfaction levels
Uphold standards of the resorts’ service designations such as Forbes, Fine Hotels & Resorts, Virtuoso, Signature Travel, and Leading Hotels of the World etc.
Meet all VIP guests and owners on arrival as well as Travel Agents during site inspections as needed.
Assist with updating guest information to reflect guest information and special requests.
Tailor assistance to match individual guest preferences and manage a wide range of guest requests
Assist with any other task that may be assigned.
Compensation: $11 per hour
Average Service Charge: $10,000 per annum
A high School Diploma with previous customer service or front office experience in a luxury resort
Certified butler preferred
Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
Must be able to interact with internal and external guests maintaining a high level of professionalism
Must be able to discern situations that may require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy in an effort to diffuse anger and/or collect accurate information to resolve challenges.
Must be knowledgeable of local attractions and entertainment, able to give clear, accurate directions.

All Grace Bay Resorts operates 7 days a week, the needs for coverage will vary greatly depending upon occupancy, available resources and expected demands. As such business work schedules will be tailored to insure the best possible coverage to meet the most crucial business needs and insure high service levels while maintaining fairness. We will endeavor to grant special requests for specific shifts and or days off, however these cannot be guaranteed.
